DISCOVER CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
PEDIATRIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
As a mother of three including twins, working on children is natural for Michelle. Craniosacral Therapy helps infants with issues such as flat or bulging head syndrome, Torticollis, Tongue-Tie, and colic. The therapy can provide relief for spectrum issues, ADD & ADHD, depression and insomnia, stress, anxiety, scoliosis, headaches and orthodontics.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle manual therapy which works with the CranioSacral Rhythm to release and re-balance the Central Nervous System. CST helps unravel pain and dysfunction at it’s source. The result is a central nervous system free of restrictions, a calm and centered mind, and a body that’s able to return to its greatest levels of performance. Because of this, it can often be an effective treatment in cases where other therapies have not provided relief from pain and other issues.
The connective tissue within the human body provides the structural “scaffolding” of the body and of every cell. It is meant to be expansive. Any injury, or resistance to life (ie: resistance to what IS, in the form of one’s expectations of one’s life compared to reality) is paired with some level of cellular contraction and/or discomfort in the tissue within the mind and body. This state of contraction anywhere in the connective tissue matrix can be released and rebalanced through gentle hands on manipulation of sof tissue.
